Each person may hold only one registered account on 770pub. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. All financial transactions on 770pub are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP), and members are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are registered in their own name. 770pub does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, and any transaction found to originate from an unverified or mismatched source may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practices applicable in the Philippines. 770pub reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is a reason to verify the identity or payment details of the requesting member. All bets placed on 770pub's Sports markets and Betting section are subject to the specific rules displayed alongside each market at the time of placing the bet, and members are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before confirming any wager. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform are considered final and cannot be reversed or cancelled unless 770pub specifically identifies a technical error or market suspension that affects the integrity of that bet. 770pub reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market at any time without prior notice if circumstances such as event cancellation, incomplete match results, or integrity concerns require it. Winnings from accepted bets will be credited to your account balance after the relevant event has concluded and the result has been verified by the platform. In the event of a dispute relating to a bet outcome or market result, 770pub's decision — after review — is final and binding on all members. Members who attempt to exploit technical errors, use automated betting tools, or engage in any form of match manipulation will have their accounts suspended and outstanding balances forfeited.
The casino-style games available in the Games section of 770pub are provided for entertainment purposes and are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes, and 770pub does not manipulate game results in any way that would disadvantage members. Members acknowledge that casino-style games carry an inherent house edge and that winnings are not guaranteed on any individual play session or sequence of plays. Attempting to exploit software bugs, connection interruptions, or any perceived system vulnerability in the games section to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. Any winnings generated through exploited or erroneous game states will be removed from the member's account balance. If a game session is interrupted due to a connectivity issue on the member's side, the platform will resolve the session in line with the last confirmed game state recorded by the server.
770pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all members in the Philippines and strongly encourages players to treat betting and gaming as a form of entertainment with a defined personal budget. Members must not use the platform as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses, and 770pub strongly advises setting personal spending limits before each session. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and will be actioned promptly upon receipt — a self-excluded member may not attempt to re-register under a new account during the exclusion period. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above, and any account found to be used by an underage individual will be closed immediately with all balances returned in line with applicable Philippine regulations.
Members of 770pub are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, the use of stolen payment credentials, and any attempt to manipulate sporting events or game outcomes. Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human process to interact with the platform — including placing bets, harvesting odds data, or accessing member accounts — is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure. Members must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 770pub platform's software, systems, or data. Any form of collusion between members that is designed to generate artificial winnings or exploit platform features is also prohibited. 770pub actively monitors for patterns of prohibited behaviour and cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities where activity is found to be in breach of applicable laws.
All content on the 770pub platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 770pub and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of 770pub. The 770pub name and logo may not be used in any third-party marketing, promotional material, or online content without explicit authorisation. Unauthorised use of 770pub's intellectual property may result in legal action in addition to permanent account suspension. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal betting and gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, sublicensing, or use that competes with or undermines the 770pub brand in the Philippines or any other market.
770pub provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen technical incidents. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 770pub's liability to any member for losses arising from use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, missed betting opportunities, or data loss — is limited to the amount deposited and held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident. 770pub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from a member's use of or inability to use the platform, even if 770pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Members use the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for their own betting and gaming decisions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 770pub platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Members are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute by consulting the FAQ section or contacting 770pub's support team directly via the email address provided in the footer of this page. 770pub will make reasonable efforts to address member complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute relates to a bet outcome, market result, or game session, all relevant platform records and logs maintained by 770pub will be considered the definitive source of factual information.
